Full price items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving them. Sale items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving them.
Please include your dispatch note marked with the items being returned. This will enable us to scan the bar code on the label and send email confirmation to you that your parcel has been safely received.
Returns Proforma must be placed in a clear wallet and attached on the outside of the parcel for customs.
Be sure to obtain a proof of postage or receipt when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.
All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached and, if possible, in the original packaging. GREAT AUSTRALIAN STORE reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
If you would like to exchange your item(s), please complete the exchange information on the returns form. All exchanges will be sent to you without any additional postage charges. Exchange items are subject to availability.
Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, for any return, you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returned items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the return request, we recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.
All of our leather is coloured individually and hand painted, so each product colour will vary from one to the next, making each piece unique! Please note that no two leathers are dyed the same, and colour variances can occur between each batch. Hide marks are not considered a fault. Our canvas is washed to create a unique softer look. The canvas develops an aged faded look that is natural .
